The external service providers used by Heli Alén Oy (e.g., Peili Consulting Oy), observe current data protection legislation when processing personal data. The data are strongly protected using firewalls, passwords and other technical means.
Data subject’s rights
All people entered in the Heli Alén Oy client register have the right to trust in the high level of data security for their own personal data and to be notified of any possible data security breaches.
In addition, all people entered in the register have the right, in respect of their own personal data:
- to receive transparent and current data,
- to know what personal data are stored about them in the client register,
- to ask for data to be rectified,
- to request erasure of their personal data from the client register (the right to be forgotten),

Data protection
Principles of register protection: Personal data are stored confidentially. The electronic client register is protected with firewalls, usernames and passwords which are regularly changed. Data are transferred over an SSL encrypted connection. The company’s mobile phone is protected with fingerprint ID.

The register user, Heli Alén, adheres to the ethics and confidentiality guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Client data storage: Client data are stored for as long as is justifiable to manage a client account. Data may be retained after the cessation of an account to the extent that is appropriate with consideration for the possible resumption of the client account at a later date.
Regular data sources: Data concerning the person are collected from the person concerned, or the person’s name is obtained from the client after the process has been agreed between the person and the client. Data are also gathered electronically via the contact form on the helialen.fi website when the person makes contact.
